Once we gather your name and address, this information will then be transferred to your credit card company, if applicable, for confirmation to complete your purchase. Your name and address will not be used for any other purpose than delivery of your order. Your name and address will not be sold to mailing-list firms. We do not share statistics about our customers with anyone outside our company except where required by law and in the processing of credit card transactions and payments. We do not disclose any identifying information about individual customers. We will occasionally update our privacy statement to reflect company policy changes and customer feedback.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 3 business days from its placement without charge. Thereafter, cancellations will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. All cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Payment Policy
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and certified cheques or money orders only. Credit card payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard. If payment is made by credit card, we will ship only to the cardholder statement billing address. All orders are subject to credit authorization by the credit card provider. If an alternative shipping address is required, you may make your payment by forwarding certified funds (certified cheque or money order) directly to us. As soon as we receive confirmation of your payment we will forward you a receipt regarding your order.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling and engraving costs if applicable).

Please note that any return must be authorized in advance.

Shipping Policy
Trust us to deliver your order safe, sound and right on time.

We will ship to any location in Canada for $20. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Hope Band deliveries, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with Canada Post.

If you are returning an order, please contact us for authorization in advance of shipping your order back to us.
